The two-day Risk Management Workshop, facilitated by members of the National Incident Management Organization (NIMO), will provide an introduction and review of risk management concepts and terminology, the four levels of risk management, and provide tools that could be utilized to make risk informed decisions at the strategic, deliberate, and time-critical scales through a combination of lecture and group exercises utilizing an actual wildfire scenario.
